Who processes your data

What data we collect

This website has no forms, no user accounts and no tracking or advertising cookies. We only receive data that you send us yourself:

• Customer enquiries to info@s-t.ba: name, company, e-mail, phone and the content of your enquiry.
• Job applications to hr@s-t.ba or in person: your CV and the information in it.
• Technical data: when you open the website, the server it runs on automatically logs your IP address, the time of the visit and your browser type. These logs are used only for security and to keep the website running.

Why we process data and on what basis

• We process enquiries to answer them and prepare an offer, as a step before entering into a contract at your request.
• We process job applications to carry out the selection of candidates, at your request.
• We process technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the website securely.

How long we keep data

• Customer enquiries: for as long as we work together, and for offers and contracts as long as accounting and tax rules require.
• Job applications: until the selection is completed, and no longer than 6 months, unless you allow us to keep your application for future vacancies.
• Technical logs: no longer than 30 days.

Who else sees the data

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Access is limited to our employees who need it for their work and to the hosting and e-mail providers we have contracts with. If one of these providers is located outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, we transfer data only with the safeguards the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. Send your request to info@s-t.ba and we will reply within the legal deadline.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (www.azlp.ba). Visitors from the European Union can also contact the data protection authority in their own country.

Legal basis

We process personal data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH No. 12/25) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date from which it applies.
