From drying the timber to export packing: seven steps in 7,000 m² of production halls, with 5-axis CNC machining, in-house veneer processing and UV finishing lines. FSC® and ISO 9001.
Everything under one roof
7,000 m² of production halls on 25,000 m² of land in Odžak. About 90% of the timber we process is oak.
Drying
Conventional kilns with 100 m³ and a 30 m³ vacuum kiln.
Solid wood processing
Cutting, planing and CNC optimising.
Veneer processing
Cutting veneer to length and width, sorting into 13 grades and splicing.
Gluing
Finger jointing line, classic vertical presses, a star press, an automatic edge-gluing press and a through-feed veneer press.
Machining
5-axis CNC machining centres, CNC dowelling machines and a CNC lathe with automatic loading.
Surface finishing
UV lacquers, UV water-based and acrylic lacquers. Roller coating, automatic and manual spraying.
Assembly and packing
Final quality control to ISO 9001 and packing for export.
Responsibly sourced wood, no waste
An automatic boiler heats the plant using only wood residue from our own production.
Solar power plant on our roofs, since 2023.
Wood residue we do not need for the boiler is pressed into heating briquettes.
